This process represents a cultural shift in management leadership, which is the mission of the Institute of <strong>Digital Transformation: preparing organizations<\/strong> to transform from traditional to digital.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>About the Digital Transformation Institute<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>In 1997, Charlie Araujo founded CastlePointe, which provides strategic planning and process improvement services to IT organizations. But then, Charlie discovered the IT Infrastructure Library and believed he had found the answer to why so many IT projects failed.<\/p>\r\n<p>Charlie recognized the need for clients to implement specific recommendations that took into account the needs of Qami clients to move from the traditional system to the new one they once dreamed of using the international transaction log, and he realized that people and culture are the magic key to developing a methodology that focuses on changing IT organizations, in terms of: templates, reviews, approval process, project management, and timeframes. Thus, he sought to establish the <strong>Digital Transformation Institute<\/strong> in 2011; which is based on the methodology of reducing reliance on user-owned devices, and increasing reliance on digital services based on participation.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Digital Transformation Institute Objectives<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>The Digital Transformation<\/strong> Institute is a combination of think tank, data analytics company, and business research and consulting firm. The institute seeks to explore the impact on businesses and leaders as they transition from the industrial age to the digital age.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Digital Transformation Institute Services<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>The Digital Transformation Institute<\/strong> has been focused on digital transformation for industrial and commercial organizations since 2009. It has over a decade of experience helping major companies in the United States and abroad. The Digital Transformation Institute is the patent holder of the first digital analytics tool to more accurately and objectively measure a company\u2019s readiness for comprehensive digital transformation.
